To secure your project and reserve time on our schedule, we require prepayment for the first hour of service. This payment demonstrates mutual commitment and allows us to dedicate resources to your project from the start.

Non-Refundable: If the project is canceled by the client, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, the prepayment can be applied to a new booking, provided 48 hours’ notice is given.
